June 19 Day of 'Heroism
On June 19, 1986, in Peruvian prisons of Fronton, Lurigancho and Callao, hundreds of political prisoners and prisoners of war of the Communist Party of Peru in revolt against plans to transfer and concentration carried out by the Peruvian regime were massacred by the armed forces of Peru.
